Our programs are carefully designed to provide an exceptional training experience, promoting both physical and mental strength. Our Junior and Senior classes follow a curriculum developed by Head Coach Tom Barns, focused on building technical skills, preparing for competition, and boosting overall fitness and confidence.

PROGRAMS

Wrestling Foundations Program

Tuesdays at 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

The Wrestling Foundations Program is a 10-week beginner program designed to teach the fundamental skills of wrestling in a supportive environment.

Kids Wrestling (Ages 5-9)

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Introduces children to the fundamentals of wrestling in a fun and supportive environment.

Youth Wrestling (Ages 10-16)

Mondays and Wednesdays at 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

A structured program aimed at developing wrestling techniques, fitness, and confidence for older youth participants, with the option to progress to competitive levels if desired.

Senior Wrestling

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

Open to adults of all skill levels. This program focuses on learning and refining wrestling techniques, enhancing physical conditioning, and preparing for competition if that is your goal.

High-Performance Team

By invitation only

For serious competitors looking to train at the highest level and compete nationally and internationally.
